The title ”Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin” was awarded to the members of the firm by the responsible state Ministry of Justice on the basis of Federal German legal standards, after the successful completion of the second state exam and a special admission process by the chief justice responsible for their respective court district.

German attorneys may not represent conflicting interests pursuant to § 43a para. 4 BRAO. The firm will therefore always check whether a conflict of interests exists before accepting an assignment.
On application, the local bar association in Munich will mediate in case of disputes between the firm and the client pursuant to § 73 para. 2 no. 3 and § 73 para. 5 BRAO. Further, either party may take the matter to the meditation committee (Schlichtungsstelle) of the Federal Bar Association (www.brak.de; e-mail: schlichtungsstelle@brak.de) pursuant to § 191f BRAO.
